Bear Repellant

The best Bear repellant is to not attract them in the first place. There is a pepper spray to keep them away when you are attacked. But who wants to be attacked by a bear anyway's. But if you plan on hiking through bear country you should have some pepper spray with you.

So don't leave any food outside or even feed the birds. Bears will also attack your compost so if you live in bear country don't compost. Also keep your meat, fish guts and other highly attractive bear foods in an airtight container in the freezer until garbage day. Use a bear proof garbage container.
