Cream of Potato Soup

Ingredients for Potato Soup:
4 medium size potatoes (diced small)
1 large can of evaporated milk
3 tablespoons butter
3 cups of water
1 tablespoon fine chopped onion
2 carrots chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook potatoes in 3 cups of water until tender, drain and save
water. Mix together milk, onion, butter, potato water and
heat (do not boil) add potatoes and heat through. Option:
You can add 1-2 cloves of pressed garlic. Also can be topped
with cheese.
