Remedy for Snoring

There are a few things you can try to help you stop snoring naturally. A home remedy that will reduce snoring is to lose weight. Another is to reduce the amount of alcohol you drink.

Another home remedy for snoring is to change your pillow. First it is best that you sleep on your side. Sleeping on your back is the worst for snoring. Buy a larger, firmer pillow that will keep your head up higher and your mouth closed. If you have to, buy a slightly bigger or slightly firmer pillow. And then a bigger one a week or so later, so it won't be a big change. You will want your head to be inline with your spine when you are on your side. A little higher is OK because after a week or so it will flatten out. This home remedy for snoring has worked the best for me.

If you stop breathing while you are snoring, you may have a serious condition called APNEA. If you have this condition you should visit your doctor.
