Noodles Recipe

Making your own homemade noodles is easy and only requires a few ingredients. There are many benefits of making you own noodles, including not having to add any unnecessary ingredients such as no preservatives. Also you can add your own spices or herbs to flavor them. You can use whole wheat flour, rye flour or any healthy organic flour you choose.

Recipe for egg noodles:

2 cups flour - I prefer a mixture of 3/4 whole wheat or rye flour 1/4 white flour
3 eggs
A little salt - I prefer sea salt

Try to keep the recipe as healthy as you can by using organic ingredients. Herbs and spices can be added to this mix.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. (You can add a little water if needed) To make the noodles roll it out with a rolling pin and cut to the size you like. Let dry for 30 minutes before cutting. It makes it easier. Then the noodles can be rolled to make round or left flat. Let dry (1-2 hours) on lightly floured surface until dried. Cook in boiling chicken broth or water.
