Homemade Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
Ingredients for macaroni and cheese:
Macaroni - 2 Cups - Type doesn't matter
Butter - 3 Tablespoons
Milk - 1 Cup
Cheese - 2 Cups - Type is up to you - Can be shredded or cut
into small cubes
Flour - 1 Tablespoon - Whole wheat or white
Salt + Pepper
Optional ingredients: Bread crumbs - Tuna - Chicken
Add noodles to boiling salted water. Cook until al dente.
Then drain. At the same time in another pot, add milk, butter,
cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Heat on medium until all the
cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Once both pots are complete, mix together (add any additional
items such as tuna or chicken) and pour into glass cooking
pan. Top with bread crumbs (optional) and shredded cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes on 350 degrees. Serves 2-4
